EKSPLORASI FAKTOR PENGETAHUAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KELUARGA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA DI KALANGAN MAHASISWA

Minat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa Indonesia telah meningkat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, meskipun rasio kewirausahaan secara keseluruhan masih rendah dibandingkan dengan negara tetangga. Menurut Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) 2020/2021, rasio kewirausahaan Indonesia hanya mencapai 3,47% dari total populasi, yang masih lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan negara berkembang lainnya seperti Malaysia dan Singapura, yang keduanya memiliki rasio di atas 4%. Pemerintah Indonesia berencana untuk meningkatkan rasio kewirausahaan menjadi 4% pada tahun 2024 melalui program seperti Kartu Prakerja dan pelatihan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi. Untuk mencapai target ini, dibutuhkan dukungan dari berbagai faktor, termasuk pendidikan kewirausahaan, motivasi individu, dan lingkungan keluarga. Pengetahuan kewirausahaan memainkan peran penting dalam membantu individu memahami strategi bisnis, analisis risiko, dan kemampuan untuk mengenali peluang, sehingga meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa untuk memulai bisnis. Faktor-faktor motivasi, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, secara signifikan memengaruhi kemauan individu untuk memulai bisnis. Selain itu, dukungan keluarga, baik berupa motivasi maupun pengetahuan kewirausahaan, berperan penting dalam membentuk minat kewirausahaan generasi muda. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa, dengan harapan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi lembaga pendidikan dan keluarga dalam mendukung generasi muda yang berkeinginan untuk menjalankan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan, motivasi berwirausaha, dan dukungan lingkungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa. Pengetahuan kewirausahaan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai dunia bisnis dan meningkatkan rasa percaya diri mahasiswa untuk memulai usaha.References
