EKSPLORASI TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG WIRAUSAHA MILENIAL DI SEKTOR EKONOMI KREATIF

Sektor ekonomi kreatif menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, terutama dengan kontribusi besar dari generasi milenial. Artikel ini mengkaji tantangan, peluang, dan peran teknologi digital dalam mendukung wirausahawan milenial di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari jurnal ilmiah, laporan pemerintah, dan sumber sekunder lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan akses pendanaan, persaingan ketat, dan kurangnya keterampilan manajerial. Di sisi lain, teknologi digital berperan signifikan dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, dan menciptakan inovasi produk. Peluang besar hadir melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital, kolaborasi lintas sektor, dan pengembangan produk berbasis keberlanjutan. Dengan strategi adaptif dan pemanfaatan teknologi yang optimal, wirausahawan milenial dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan usaha mereka, sekaligus berkontribusi pada pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan.References
