Motivasi merupakan suatu tindakan yang bersifat mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan suatu hal ke arah yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu mahasiswa perlu memiliki motivasi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi SMP IT NURUL HUDA BATUJAY setelah mengikuti SE di dalam sebuah tim yang terlibat di dalam SE. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif.
