PENGARUH DISIPLIN BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI DIRI TERHADAP KUALITAS BELAJAR MAHASISWA STRATA 1 PKB PADA PTKB SWASTA SE-JABODETABEK

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar dan motivasi diri terhadap kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa S1 PKB di PTKB swasta se-Jabodetabek. Populasi penelitian diambil dari populasi siswa Pendidikan Agama Buddha sebanyak 260 orang, dan menggunakan random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 157 mahasiswa. Hasil temuannya adalah: terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin belajar (X1) terhadap kualitas pembelajaran (Y) mahasiswa S1 PKB PTKB Swasta se-Jabodetabek; ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara nilai variabel motivasi diri dengan kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa PKB di PTKB se-Jabodetabek; dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel nilai motivasi diri dan motivasi diri terhadap kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa S1 PKB di PTKB se-Jabodetabek. Analisis hipotesis pengujian ini, bahwa kedisiplinan belajar dan motivasi diri yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa akan berdampak pada peningkatan dan pengembangan ide/gagasan baru, berpikir kritis, pembelajaran kreatif di Perguruan Tinggi Buddhis sehingga kualitas pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa optimal.References
