Analysis of Teacher Readiness In The Application Of Steam-Based Learning In Children Aged 5-6 Years At Budhi Luhur Sikompak Kindergarten Kuantan Singingi Regency

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru dalam penerapan pembelajaran berbasis STEAM pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Budhi Luhur Sikompak Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif akan menemukan fakta-fakta yang banyak dan juga beragam, dan dari fakta tersebut akan ditelaah peneliti dan menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan yang berarti. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Langkah-Langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: tahapan persiapan, tahapan pengambilan data, tahapan analisis data, dan tahapan pembuatan laporan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), display data, verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan (conclution drawing and verification). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pembelajaran berbasis STEAM di TK Budi Luhur Sikompak sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Guru di TK Budi Luhur Sikompak telah merealisasikan selama proses mengajar dan sudah memiliki kesiapan mengajar berbasis STEAM.Downloads
