Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari konsep penilaian sebagai strategi pendidikan yang penting untuk meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini juga berkonsentrasi pada cara-cara yang digunakan untuk menilai keterampilan menulis dalam kaitannya dengan pengajaran Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa Asing (EFL) di sekolah menengah. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian konseptual. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelitian kepustakaan dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal elektronik, artikel, dan internet. Dalam penelitian ini, beberapa desain penilaian tertulis dari para ahli, seperti Brown dan Heaton, disajikan; masing-masing ahli memiliki perspektif unik tentang penilaian tulisan. Selain itu, mereka memiliki model penilaian unik untuk setiap komponen penilaian.
