HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN PELAKSANAAN PENDOKUMENTASIAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD BANGKINANG

Salah satu unsur yang sangat menentukan mutu pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit adalah tenaga kesehatan dan yang memiliki peran paling besar yaitu perawat. Fungsi perawat adalah mendukung pelayanan medis berupa pelayanan keperawatan yang dikenal dengan asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan pelaksanaan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Bangkinang tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang ada di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Bangkinang tahun 2017 dengan jumlah 79 orang, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapakan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki beban kerja tinggi yaitu 41 orang (51,9%), pelaksanaan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan tidak lengkap yaitu 47 pendokumentasian (59,0%). Berdasarkan uji statistik didapatkan ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan pelaksanaan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Bangkinang dengan p-value 0,001. One of the elements that greatly determines the quality of hospital health services is the health worker and the one who has the biggest role is the nurse. The function of the nurse is to support medical services in the form of nursing services known as nursing care. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between workload and the implementation of nursing care documentation in the Inpatient Room of Bangkinang Hospital in 2017. This type of research is analytic with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all nurses in the Inpatient Room of Bangkinang Hospital in 2017 with a total of 79 people, using a sampling technique by total sampling, data collection tools using questionnaires and observation sheets. The analysis used in this research is univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the study found that the majority of respondents had a high workload, namely 41 people (51.9%), the implementation of nursing care documentation was incomplete, namely 47 documentation (59.0%). Based on statistical tests, it was found that there was a relationship between workload and the implementation of nursing care documentation in the Inpatient Room of Bangkinang Hospital with a p-value of 0.001. It is hoped that the hospital management will be able to increase the number of nurses and improve supervision, especially related to the documentation of nursing care.
