Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi berbahasa Inggris para teknisi dan staf Bengkel Auto Care di Kota Medan. Pelatihan dilakukan sebagai kolaborasi antara dosen Program Studi Bahasa Inggris dan dosen Program Studi Teknik. Program ini merupakan bentuk inovasi sosial untuk menjawab kebutuhan layanan bengkel yang mampu berkomunikasi efektif dengan pelanggan asing di wilayah Medan yang multikultural. Metode mixed methods digunakan, menggabungkan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada penguasaan kosa kata teknis otomotif, keterampilan berbicara, dan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam melayani pelanggan asing. Kolaborasi antara pengajaran bahasa dan penerapan teknis di bengkel memperlihatkan sinergi nyata antara dunia pendidikan dan kebutuhan praktis lapangan.References
