PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM REWARD DAN RECOGNITION UNTUK MEMOTIVASI KARYAWAN DI LINGKUNGAN KOMUNITAS

Peningkatan motivasi karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam mendorong produktivitas dan kinerja organisasi, terutama dalam lingkungan berbasis komunitas. Sistem reward dan recognition telah diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan karyawan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan sistem reward dan recognition yang optimal melalui kajian literatur. Dengan menggunakan metode literature review, artikel ini mengidentifikasi pendekatan-pendekatan yang telah terbukti efektif dalam berbagai organisasi, termasuk reward berbasis kinerja, penghargaan intrinsik, dan pengakuan yang relevan dengan budaya komunitas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara penghargaan finansial dan non-finansial mampu menciptakan keseimbangan dalam mendorong kinerja karyawan sekaligus menjaga tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi. Selain itu, pelaksanaan sistem yang transparan dan inklusif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan rasa memiliki di kalangan karyawan. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem reward dan recognition yang disesuaikan dengan nilai-nilai komunitas dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan.References
