Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui need assesment program BK bagi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu buku dan jurnal. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) pengertian Assesment, 2) tujuan assesment.
