Datang terlambat ke sekolah bukanlah pelanggaran yang sangat serius seperti mencuri atau membunuh, namun jika tidak segera ditangani dan ditindaklanjuti akan berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan dan prestasi belajar siswa. Fenomena ini dapat kita temukan pada anak-anak pesisir di Desa Bagan Kuala, Kecamatan Tanjung Beringin, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Sumatera Utara dimana hampir 50% anak-anak acuh terhadap disiplin yang diterapkan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dan penerapan beberapa sanksi untuk mengurangi perilaku terlambat anak pesisir di Desa Bagan Kuala berjalan dengan baik. Ada perubahan signifikan pada siswa. Di situlah tingkat anak-anak yang terlambat ke sekolah rendah.Downloads
