Mengelola lembaga bukanlah hal yang mudah, sehingga membutuhkan banyak elemen dalam pelaksanaannya. Di antara begitu banyak elemen dalam lembaga ada satu elemen yang dapat menyatukan seluruh aspek untuk bersinergi mencapai satu tujuan lembaga , yaitu elemen pemimpin yang memiliki kemampuan manajerial serta dapat mengkombinasikannya dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif sehingga dapat menciptakan suasana berorganisasi yang dapat memotivasi para guru karyawan untuk memberikan kinerja terbaiknya dalam peningkatan literasi digitalnya.
