STRATEGI REKRUTMEN DIGITAL UNTUK MEMAHAMI PERAN PLATFORM ONLINE DALAM MENCARI DAN MENARIK TALENTA DIGITAL

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi rekrutmen digital dan peran platform online dalam menarik talenta milenial, mengingat pertumbuhan signifikan penggunaan media sosial dan platform online oleh generasi ini. Fokus utama adalah pada bagaimana perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan strategi digital untuk mencari dan menarik talenta milenial, yang dikenal dengan kecenderungan dan preferensinya yang unik terhadap teknologi dan komunikasi digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis data dari wawancara mendalam dengan para profesional HR, serta review literatur terkini yang relevan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform online, seperti LinkedIn, Glints, Indeed, dan media sosial, berperan penting dalam strategi rekrutmen, khususnya dalam menciptakan kesadaran merek, membangun komunikasi dua arah antara perusahaan dan kandidat, serta dalam memfasilitasi proses seleksi yang lebih efisien. Strategi konten yang autentik dan interaktif terbukti efektif dalam menarik minat generasi milenial. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan yang berusaha meningkatkan efektivitas strategi rekrutmen mereka untuk talenta milenial, menyarankan agar perusahaan merevisi strategi rekrutmen mereka untuk memasukkan lebih banyak aspek humanis dan interaktif yang dapat menarik dan mempertahankan talenta milenial, serta pendekatan yang lebih dinamis dan berbasis teknologi. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi strategi digital dalam proses rekrutmen untuk memenuhi ekspektasi dan preferensi talenta milenial.References
