STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA BERKELANJUTAN ORGANISASI: STUDI LITERATUR SISTEMATIS PADA SEKTOR INDUSTRI HIJAU DI ASIA TENGGARA

Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) telah menjadi pendekatan strategis yang penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan organisasi, khususnya di sektor industri hijau di Asia Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan kompetensi GHRM yang relevan dalam meningkatkan kinerja berkelanjutan organisasi. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur sistematis berdasarkan kerangka PRISMA, penelitian ini menganalisis 35 artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa praktik GHRM, seperti rekrutmen hijau, pelatihan hijau, manajemen kinerja berbasis lingkungan, dan kompensasi hijau, memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan organisasi, mencakup dimensi lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Namun, implementasi GHRM di kawasan ini menghadapi tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pemahaman konsep, dan kendala budaya. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya dukungan kebijakan, kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam memperkuat efektivitas GHRM. Dari segi praktis, penelitian ini menawarkan panduan bagi manajer untuk merancang strategi GHRM yang inovatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan praktik GHRM, serta mendukung keberlanjutan di sektor industri hijau Asia Tenggara.References
