KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM: ANALISIS KRITIS TERHADAP PERAN DAN TANTANGAN DI ERA KONTEMPORER

Artikel ini menganalisis kepemimpinan perempuan dalam perspektif hukum Islam dan bagaimana hal ini memengaruhi peran perempuan di era kontemporer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pandangan hukum Islam terhadap kepemimpinan perempuan dengan menyoroti tafsir Al-Qur'an, Hadis, serta pandangan ulama klasik dan kontemporer. Menggunakan pendekatan normatif, artikel ini memeriksa teks-teks hukum Islam dan literatur terkait untuk memahami bagaimana hukum Islam dipahami dan diimplementasikan dalam konteks kepemimpinan perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, meskipun terdapat interpretasi konservatif yang membatasi peran perempuan sebagai pemimpin, pandangan Islam yang inklusif menekankan kesetaraan dan partisipasi perempuan dalam kepemimpinan. Di era modern, perempuan Muslim semakin aktif dalam bidang politik, ekonomi, dan sosial, menunjukkan bahwa hukum Islam memiliki fleksibilitas untuk mendukung peran perempuan sebagai pemimpin. Namun, tantangan sosial, budaya, dan hukum masih menjadi hambatan yang signifikan. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya dialog dan ijtihad yang berkelanjutan untuk menciptakan interpretasi hukum Islam yang lebih kontekstual dan adil. Dengan pendekatan yang inklusif, hukum Islam dapat berperan dalam mendorong partisipasi perempuan dalam kepemimpinan dan berkontribusi pada pembangunan masyarakat yang lebih setara dan berkeadilan.References
