Strategi Manajemen Kelas IV dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Belajar Siswa di SDN 65 Desa Baru Kecamatan Muara Sebo

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi efektivitas strategi manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas IV di SDN 65 Desa Baru, Muara Sebo. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang diterapkan guru meliputi: (1) penyusunan aturan kelas secara partisipatif, (2) penguatan positif melalui motivasi dan penghargaan, serta (3) penerapan rutinitas harian, seperti doa bersama, kehadiran tepat waktu, dan pemberian tugas terstruktur. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi inkonsistensi perilaku siswa, kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua, dan lemahnya penegakan disiplin. Guru mengatasi kendala tersebut melalui kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan penyesuaian metode pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang disiplin dan kondusif.Downloads
