Konformitas Teman Sebaya: Pedang Bermata Dua dalam Dinamika Pembelajaran Siswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak positif dan negatif konformitas teman sebaya dalam pembelajaran siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan PRISMA melalui empat pangkalan data: ProQuest, PubMed, Google Scholar, dan Science Direct. Sebanyak 12 artikel relevan dari 9.410 artikel awal dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dua pertiga dampak konformitas teman sebaya bersifat negatif, seperti tekanan sosial dan perilaku maladaptif, sedangkan sisanya bersifat positif, seperti kekompakan kelompok dan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menyiratkan bahwa dampak negatif konformitas lebih sering dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal, seperti norma kelompok yang tidak mendukung. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk merancang intervensi strategis guna memaksimalkan dampak positif dan meminimalkan dampak negatif konformitas teman sebaya dalam pembelajaran siswa.Downloads
