Implementasi Metode Disiplin Positif dalam Menanamkan Kemampuan Behavior Control pada Anak Usia 4-6 Tahun

Disiplin positif merupakan suatu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam menanamkan kemampuan kontrol perilaku. Kontrol perilaku menekankan pada kemampuan anak dalam mengendalikan situasi yang tidak menyenangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi metode disiplin positif dalam menanamkan kemampuan kontrol perilaku pada anak usia 4-6 tahun di TK Rindang Kasih 1 Karangpoh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa metode disipin positif yang diterapkan di TK Rindang Kasih 1 Karangpoh memiliki pola penerapan manajemen yaitu planning, organizing, actuating dan controlling yang baik sehingga anak memiliki kontrol perilaku yang baik.Downloads
