Pengaruh Transformational Leadership dan Servant Leadership terhadap Budaya Organisasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh servant leadership dan transformasional leadershio terhadap budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap guru dan tenaga pendidik di SMP Negeri Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan siginifikan secara parsial dari pengaruh variabel servant leadership dan transformasional leadersip terhadap budaya organsiasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa semua hipotesis terdukung.Downloads
