Pengaruh Pemberian Reward terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas 1 di SDN 3 Rambutan

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas 1 di SDN 3 Rambutan. metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan wawancara yang diberikan pada sampel penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas 1 B di SDN 3 Rambutan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai yang signifikan antara angket reward dan angket motivasi belajar dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,046 < 0,05 artinya Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang artinya pemberian reward memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas 1 di SDN 3 Rambutan.Downloads
