Menggali Potensi Unggul: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Berprestasi Guru di SMK N Kota Padang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan motivasi berprestasi guru, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian berupa guru SMK N Kota Padang. Sampel diambil dari populasi 677 orang dengan teknik stratified proportional random sampling, dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 orang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi guru. Dalam uji regresi linear sederhana, ditemukan persamaan Y= 83,888 + X= 0,517 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh sebesar 38,7% terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru di SMK N Kota Padang, sedangkan faktor lain memengaruhi 61,3%.Downloads
