Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang diterapkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA), khususnya STIA Nusantara Sakti di Provinsi Jambi, Indonesia, dengan fokus untuk menyediakan alat dan teknik yang diperlukan oleh para siswa untuk unggul di dunia global. Pendekatan komprehensif terhadap penguasaan bahasa Inggris menggabungkan pengajaran di kelas, integrasi teknologi, pencampuran budaya, dan kesempatan untuk berkomunikasi di dunia nyata. Hasilnya menunjukkan pencapaian yang signifikan dalam kemahiran bahasa dan kompetensi global siswa. Dengan kemampuan bahasa yang menyeluruh, pelajar yang berdaya, dan kesadaran budaya, lulusan STIA dipersiapkan dengan baik untuk menavigasi jalur karir yang beragam dan membuat dampak yang berarti di arena global. Artikel ini menyoroti berbagai strategi yang digunakan oleh kampus Ilmu Administrasi dengan menekankan dampaknya terhadap kemahiran bahasa dan prospek masa depan para mahasiswa.
