Penelitian ini dilandasi berdasarkan permasalah yang peneliti temukan di lapangan mengenai penerapan strategi Problem Based Learning pada pelajaran IPS di salah satu sekolah dasar di Kota Tangerang. Peneitian memfokuskan pada penerapan metode Problem Based Learning pada kelas V. Pendekatan yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasaran hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa, penerapan metode yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas V kurang baik. Karena belum memaksimalkan metode yang akan digunakan, media yang akan digunakan serta kurangnya persiapan guru dalam mengajar.Downloads
