Abstract

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi tentang optimalisasi peran guru pembelajar di SMA melalui program kemitraan dengan industri lokal. Dalam konteks pendidikan saat ini, peran guru tidak lagi terbatas pada penyampaian materi, tetapi juga mencakup pemberdayaan siswa untuk menjadi pembelajar mandiri yang siap menghadapi tuntutan dunia kerja. Melalui kemitraan dengan industri lokal, guru dapat memperluas wawasan siswa tentang aplikasi praktis dari pengetahuan yang mereka pelajari di kelas. Literatur mendukung pentingnya kolaborasi antara sekolah dan industri dalam meningkatkan relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Program kemitraan ini dapat memfasilitasi transfer pengetahuan antara sekolah dan industri, membuka peluang bagi siswa untuk magang atau kerja praktek, serta memperkuat keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja. Kegiatan seperti kunjungan ke tempat kerja, seminar oleh praktisi industri, dan proyek kolaboratif antara sekolah dan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk karir masa depan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak positif program kemitraan antara sekolah dan industri lokal terhadap peran guru pembelajar di SMA.
