Abstract

Dalam menganalisis manajemen inovasi ekstrakurikuler di pondok pusat pesantren zainul hasan genggong dan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana fungsi manajemen dalam pelaksanaan ekstra kulikuler dalam bidang keolahragaan di Pondok Pusat Putera Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong  Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui dengan jelas engenai manajemen inovasi pelaksanaan ekstra kurikuler dalam bidang keolahragaan di Pondok Pusat Putera Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
