Rasionalisasi Ritual Manre Sipulung Masyarakat Etnis Bugis di Desa Kuala Dua

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prosesi, fungsi dan makna rasionalisasi ritual Manre Sipulung pada masyarakat etnis Bugis di Desa Kuala Dua Kecamatan Sungai Raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rasionalisasi dari ritual Manre Sipulung, bagaimana rangkaian prosesi ritual, apa saja fungsi dan makna yang terkandung di dalamnya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam prosesi ritual Manre Sipulung baik dari prosesi, fungsi dan maknanya memiliki rasionalisasi ritual yang bisa diterima dengan akal dan dianggap sesuatu yang logis oleh masyarakat.Downloads
