Pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Sekolah Dasar Swasta (SDS) Islam Terpadu Al Munadi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Swasta (SDS) Islam Terpadu Al Munadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebagai perhitungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berada di Sekolah Dasar Swasta (SDS) Islam Terpadu Al Munadi yang berjumlah 31 guru. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Swasta (SDS) Islam Terpadu Al Munadi. Hal ini ditandai dengan ???????=2,234 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,049. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ?????????????? yakni 2,234?2,042.Downloads
