Pengembangan Dimensi-dimensi Kemanusiaan melalui Penerapan High Touch dalam Proses Pembelajaran

Upaya pengembangan dimensi-dimensi kemanusiaan yang mencakup dimensi kefitrahan, keindividualan, kesosialan, kesusilaan serta dimensi keberagamaan sangat penting dalam pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Upaya pengembangan dimensi-dimensi kemanusiaan tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui penerapan high touch dalam proses pembelajaran yang mencakup pengakuan, kasih sayang dan kelembutan, penguatan, pengarahan, ketegasan yang mendidik serta keteladanan. Namun kenyataannya di sekolah, penerapan high touch tersebut masih rendah, sehingga proses pembelajaran belum sepenuhnya mampu menjadi wahana dalam mengembangkan dimensi-dimensi kemanusiaan peserta didik tersebut.Downloads
