Strategi Guru Bimbingan Konseling dalam Menangani Kasus Bullying di SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan

Bullying adalah perilaku agresif yang dilakukan dengan maksud untuk menunjukkan kehebatan seseorang, padahal perilaku tersebut sangat buruk bagi moral siswa. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru bimbingan konseling dalam menangani kasus bullying di SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan konseling SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, Penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menangani kasus bullying di SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan adaah sebagai berikut: Memanggil, Memotivasi, Menasehati, Bimbingan secara Kelompok dan Individu, Memberi Peringatan dan Hukuman, Kerja Sama dengan Orang Tua dan lain sebagainya.Downloads
