Strategi dan Metode Guru dalam Mengatasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa di Sekolah Satit Phatnawitya

Kesulitan belajar atau ketidakmampuan siswa dalam mengahadapi tuntutan belajar di sebabkan oleh faktor internal (kemampuan, minat, motivasi, fisik, psikologis) dan eksternal (orang tua, keluarga, lingkungan, metode pengajaran, strategi guru) siswa. Penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi dan metode yang digunakan guru di Satit Phatnawitya dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa jenis kesulitan belajar siswa termasuk slow learner, learning disorder dan under achiver. Faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar adalah minat, motivasi dan kecerdasan siswa. Guru melakukan diagnosis kesulitan belajar siswa dengan mengidentifikasi siswa. Guru juga memberikan motivasi dan menggunakan teknologi seperti google classroom dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai alat pendukung pembelajaran.Downloads
