Implementasi Gezag Guru dalam Membentuk Kedisiplinan Siswa di Satit Phatnawitya School Yala

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran wibawa guru dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa di Satit Phatnawitya School Yala, Thailand. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, dengan populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru atau pendidik yang ada di Satit Phatnawitya School Yala, Thailand. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran implementasi gezak (wibawa) guru dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa adalah baik, dimana guru merupakan teladan yang di contoh untuk membentuk karakter disiplin. Strategi yang digunakan guru dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa dengan mengimplementasikan gezak (wibawa) guru tetapi tidak menampilkan penampilan yang menakutkan siswa, wibawa guru yang di segani membuat siswa meniru dan mencontoh perilaku yang baik yang terdapat pada guru tersebut.Downloads
