Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Praktek Kerja Industri Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XI Akuntansi Dan Keuangan Lembaga Di SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode causal. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang pada 52 responden yakni siswa kelas XI akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Toli-toli. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan aplikasi SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Praktek Kerja Industri Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XI Akuntansi Dan Keuangan Lembaga Di SMK Negeri 1 Tolitoli. Hipotesis penelitian diterima H1 dan H0 ditolak dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (14,006 > 2,00856) dan signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05) Besaran pengaruh Praktek Kerja Industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja 79,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 20,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.
