Analisis Keterampilan Apresiasi Guru dalam Kegiatan Pembelajaran Peserta Didik Kelas 5

Keterampilan apresiasi merupakan keterampilan dimana guru menunjukan gestur, gerakan atau pujian kepada peserta didik. Apresiasi sendiri merupakan ungkapan yang diberikan saat peserta didik mampu memberikan kinerja yang baik. Apresiasi dalam bahasa Indonesia sama dengan kata aprecitio dalam bahasa latin dan kata appreciation dalam bahasa Inggris. Apresiasi memiliki arti penghargaan, dan penghayatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui keterampilan apresiasi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran peserta didik kelas 5 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang serta bagaimana faktor pendukung keterampilan apresiasi guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran 5 SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pembiasaan di lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu keterampilan apresiasi guru dalam kegaiatan pembelajaran peserta didik, presiasi dapat berupa reward, pujian, punishment and reward dan gestrur guru baik dari gestur wajah dan gerakan guru.Downloads
