CARING : EDUKASI DAN SOSIALISASI PERMAINAN CARING PADA ANAK USIA PRASEKOLAH UNTUK MENCEGAH KECANDUAN GADGET

Perkembangan kemajuan teknologi menyebabkan penggunaan gadget meningkat pada anak usia prasekolah yakni anak-anak yang berusia 4-6 tahun. Penggunaan gadget tanpa pengawasan dari orang tua dapat menyebabkan kecanduan gadget pada anak. Kecanduan gadget pada anak prasekolah merupakan masalah serius karena dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan ini adalah edukasi pada orang tua terkait strategi dalam mencegah kecanduan gadget pada anak dan sosialisasi permainan Caring (Ceria, Aktif, dan Interaktif) pada anak. Kegiatan dilakukan secara luring di 2 TK. Evaluasi diberikan kepada orang tua untuk menilai pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan edukasi. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test peserta di 2 TK menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata pre-test peserta yaitu 22,80 kemudian setelah dilakukan pelatihan nilai rata-rata post-test peserta meningkat menjadi 33,37 dengan kenaikan sebanyak 10,57. Kesimpulan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta terhadap strategi mencegah kecanduan gadget pada anak setelah dilakukan edukasi pada orang tua.References
