Abstract

Inisiatif Pengembangan dan Kerja Sama Ekonomi Digital G20 telah memberikan landasan penting bagi pembentukan Indonesia digital. "Rencana Lima Tahun ke-14" Indonesia, yang diluncurkan pada 12 Januari 2022, menekankan pentingnya pertumbuhan ekonomi digital melalui integrasi teknologi digital dengan ekonomi riil, pengembangan infrastruktur digital, dan peningkatan struktur tata kelola ekonomi digital. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi teknik-teknik pengukuran pertumbuhan ekonomi digital, seperti metode pengukuran skala dan metode indeks, serta mengkaji validitas penggunaan Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dalam mengukur perkembangan ekonomi digital di perkotaan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi signifikan dalam teknik pengukuran dan indikator yang digunakan, serta tantangan dalam validitas ilmiah dan akurasi hasil. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan DEA sebagai solusi yang lebih objektif dan fleksibel dalam mengevaluasi efisiensi dan perkembangan ekonomi digital perkotaan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial yang lebih baik. i
