PENGUKURAN DIMENSI SPIRITUALITAS PENDIDIKAN ISLAM PADA GURU MULTIDISIPLIN DI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH

Penelitian komprehensif tentang dimensi spiritualitas tempat kerja secara empiris masih jarang ditemukan. Sudi saat ini mengukur kembali instrumen Islamic Workplace Spirituality Scale (IWSS) dengan basis pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei secara cross-sectional dengan pengisian kuesioner online kepada 354 guru. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan Exploratory dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menghasilkan alat pengukuran spiritualitas guru di organisasi Pendidikan Islam dengan 3 dimensi (taqorrub, muroqobah, dan istiqomah) yang tediri dari 10 indikator. Hasil temuan menyatakan bahwa profil guru di Pendidikan Islam memiliki tingkat spiritualitas yang tinggi. Berdasarkan pembahasan, studi saat ini menginisasi pimpinan organisasi pendidikan Islam untuk memperhatikan spiritualitas guru. Hal ini dikarenakan, implikasi dari spiritualitas di tempat kerja mampu mengembangkan sumber daya manusia menuju efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi. Keterbatasan dari studi ini dapat dilihat dari demografi satu kabupaten di Indonesia, agar lebih global, maka studi perlu diperluas pada tingkat mancanegara.References
