Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Gadget Terhadap Perkembangan Karakter Anak Kelas VII Di SMP Negeri 9 Gorontalo, Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Angkatan 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan jumlah sampel 81 orang.. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, kuisioner, dokumentasi serta Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Media Gadget Terhadap Perkembangan Karakter Anak Kelas VII Di SMP Negeri 9 Gorontalo. Besaran pengaruh Media Gadget terhadap Perkembangan Karakter Anak 28,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 71,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti.
