ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN DAN KOLABORASI PENELITIAN DALAM PALATOPLASTY

Abstract

Palatoplasti merupakan prosedur bedah utama dalam penanganan celah langit-langit (cleft palate) yang secara langsung memengaruhi fungsi bicara dan kualitas hidup pasien. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik visualisasi untuk mengeksplorasi topik-topik dominan dalam literatur ilmiah seputar palatoplasti. Visualisasi co-occurrence network dari kata kunci dalam publikasi ilmiah menunjukkan empat klaster tematik utama: teknik bedah dan hasil anatomi, komplikasi seperti palatal fistula, hasil bicara, serta peran terapi wicara dan rehabilitasi. Literatur terkini mendukung bahwa pilihan teknik seperti Furlow, Sommerlad, dan penggunaan flap tambahan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap fungsi velofaringeal dan mencegah komplikasi. Selain itu, integrasi terapi wicara pasca operasi dan protokol diagnosis dini turut menunjang keberhasilan rehabilitasi pasien. Dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan klinis dan teknologi, hasil palatoplasti dapat ditingkatkan secara fungsional dan estetis. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan multidisipliner serta personalisasi teknik bedah untuk mencapai hasil optimal.
