Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan mahasiswa Jurusan Manajamen konsentrasi pemasaran tentang pemasaran digital, yang merupakan kunci dalam strategi pemasaran dan bisnis di era digital. Meskipun mahasiswa konsentrasi pemasaran sudah aktif menggunakan media sosial namun banyak yang belum memahami cara menggunakannya secara profesional untuk pemasaran. Kegiatan ini menyajikan sosialisasi terstruktur mengenai pemasaran digital, pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pemasaran, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dan Search Engine Marketing (SEM), dan pemasaran berbasis konten. Pre-Test dan Post-Test dilakukan untuk mengetahui sekaligus mengevaluasi perubahan pemahaman peserta dengan hasil yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan pemasaran digital. Peserta lebih siap dan percaya diri dalam menerapkan pemasaran digital, khususnya media sosial dan SEO. Kegiatan ini juga memberi dampak positif bagi Jurusan Manajamen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis dengan meningkatkan kesiapan lulusan dalam menghadapi tuntutan industri.  Saran untuk kegiatan-kegiatan berikutnya adalah memperkuat integrase pemasaran digital dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan praktis untuk lebih mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi dunia kerja yang semakin digital.
