Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan integrasi dan efektivitas program pendidikan non-formal dalam mendukung capaian belajar siswa di pendidikan formal, khususnya di Kecamatan Sukun, Kota Malang, Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini dikemas dalam workshop yang dirancang untuk memperkuat keterampilan dan pengetahuan guru serta pengelola program pendidikan non-formal. Workshop ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengintegrasikan program pendidikan non-formal, seperti ekstrakurikuler, ke dalam pembelajaran formal. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, pengembangan kurikulum yang inovatif, dan sinergi yang lebih baik antara sekolah, komunitas, dan lembaga pendidikan non-formal. Workshop ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang dapat diadopsi di wilayah lain untuk meningkatkan capaian belajar siswa secara holistik.References
