This research is motivated by science learning class V in primary school 30/II Tanjung Keadaan class that always feels saturated when the teacher delivers material so that students prefer to talk to their friends or play alone. The learning model used by teachers in learning has not varied. To overcome this is to use learning support in the form of 4C science learning skill module. This type of research is development research that uses a 4-D development model consisting of define, design, development, and desseminate. The definition stage includes analysis of student needs, curriculum analysis, student characteristics analysis, and material analysis. The design stage is carried out the design of module teaching materials, namely instrument design, skeleton design, initial design, development stage is carried out validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test, and the deployment stage is conducted in tanjung 30/II elementary school. The results of the validation assessment of science learning modules on validity tests by three experts have an average score of 84%, Included in the category of very valid, practicality tests with an average score of 92% are categorized as very practical, while the effectiveness results of IPA learning modules with an average score of 83% are categorized as very effective. Based on the results of the above analysis, it can be concluded that the science learning module of grade V elementary school is very in accordance with the provisions in tanjung 30/II elementary school and makes it easier for students to understand learning. This research resulted in a class V SCIENCE learning module with very valid criteria, very practical and very effective. Keywords: Development, IPA Module, RBDownloads
