Efektivitas Tuina Pada Sakit Pinggang Dinilai Dengan Numerical Rating Scale

Penelitian ini menilai efektivitas terapi tuina pada nyeri pinggang dengan menggunakan skala Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). Penelitian dilakukan di JWM Therapy, Jakarta Barat - Indonesia, dengan 100 pasien yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok intervensi (kelompok satu) yang hanya menerima terapi tuina saja dan kelompok kontrol (kelompok dua) yang menerima kombinasi tuina dan akupunktur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terapi Tuina cukup efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri pinggang dengan rata-rata tingkat kesembuhan sebesar 56,39%. Namun, kombinasi tuina dan akupunktur menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih baik yakni dengan rata-rata kesembuhan sebesar 65,23%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi Tuina dan akupunktur dinilai dapat meningkatkan efektivitas terapi nyeri pinggang.Downloads
