Karakteristik Penggunaan Obat Gastroprotektor Pada Pasien Kritis di ICU RSUD Dr M. Haulussy Ambon

Pasien kritis yang masuk ke dalam ruang ICU beresiko mengalami stress ulcer yang dapat menyebabkan perdarahan pada sistem gastrointestinal atas, oleh sebab itu pemberian obat gastroprotektor sebagai profilaksis penekan asam lambung sangat diperlukan. Gastroprotektor terdiri dari empat golongan yaitu antasida, sukralfat, histamine 2 receptors blocker dan proton pump inhibitors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik penggunaan gastroprotektor pada pasien kritis di ICU RSUD Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif retrospektif berdasarkan data sekunder dari rekam medis yang diambil di ruang ICU RSUD Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon tahun 2018. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 138 pasien (total sampling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pasien kritis di ICU RSUD Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon tahun 2018 tertinggi usia 30-39 tahun (28%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (66%), jenis penyakit post op cesarean section et causa preeklamsia berat (31%), karakteristik gastroprotektor yang tertinggi adalah golongan histamine 2 receptors blocker yaitu ranitidin 2 x 50 mg/hari (57%), golongan proton pump inhibitors yaitu omeprazol 2 x 40 mg/hari (18%), golongan sukralfat 1 gr/hari (1%) dan kombinasi ranitidin 2x50 mg dan omeprazol 1x40 mg (6%).Downloads
