Efektifitas Terapi Benson Benson Pada Lansia Yang Insomnia Dengan Penyakit Tidak Menular DiPosyandu Dawuhan Kecamatan Poncokusumo

Abstrak Insomnia adalah gangguan tidur yang sering terjadi pada lansia. Menurut hasil yang didapatkan sekitar 52% penderita insomnia adalah seorang yang berusia dari 60-69 tahun. Insomnia dapat diatasi dengan terapi non farmakologi, salah satunya menggunakan terapi relaksasi benson. Terapi relaksasi benson adalah Teknik nafas, dengan Latihan yang teratur dan dilakukan dengan tubuh akan menjadi lebih rileks, untuk menghilangkan ketegangan saat mengalami stress dan bebas dari ancaman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas terapi benson pada lansia yang insomnia dengan penyakit tidak menular. Penelitian ini menggunakan dengan metode pre-eksperimen dan pendekatan one group pretest and posttest yang dilakukan pada 25 lansia insomnia yang menderita penyakit tidak menular dengan menggunakan total sampling. Uji analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon saat setelah diberikan terapi benson pada lansia yang mengalami insomnia didapatkan nilai P= 0,000 n (< ? 0,05) yang artinya terdapat penurunan terapi relaksasi benson pada lansia yang insomnia dengan penyakit tidak menular. Dari data penelitian dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini membuktikan terdapat efektifitas terapi benson pada lansia yang insomnia dengan penyakit tidak menular. Kata Kunci: Terapi benson, Lansia, Insomnia Abstract Insomnia is a sleep disorder that often occurs in the elderly. According to the results obtained, around 52% of insomnia sufferers were people aged 60-69 years. Insomnia can be treated with non-pharmacological therapy, one of which is Benson relaxation therapy. Benson relaxation therapy is a breathing technique, with regular exercise and done with the body will become more relaxed, to relieve tension when experiencing stress and free from threats. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Benson therapy in elderly insomniacs with non-communicable diseases. This research used a pre-experimental method and a one group pretest and posttest approach which was carried out on 25 elderly people with insomnia using total sampling. The analysis test in this study used the Wilcoxon test. The results of the research based on the Wilcoxon test after being given Benson therapy to elderly people who experienced insomnia showed a P value of 0.000 n (< ? 0.05), which means there was a decrease in Benson relaxation therapy in elderly people with insomnia who had non-communicable diseases. From the research data, it can be concluded that this research proves that Benson therapy is effective in elderly people with insomnia and non-communicable diseases.
