Menurut World Health Organitation (WHO) tahun 2019, sekitar 20-40% bayi usia 0-2 tahun mengalami masalah keterlambatan dalam proses perkembangan (Bhandari, 2017). According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019, around 20-40% of babies aged 0-2 years experienced problems with delays in the development process (Bhandari, 2017). This research is to determine the effect of baby spa on weight gain and motor development in children aged 6-12 months. Method: This research uses a quasi experimental design type of research. The population used was all children aged 6-12 months with a total sample of 60 children, and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The research results obtained using the Wilcoxon test showed that the Asymp.sig BB value after the baby spa was 0.000 (0.000<0.005), meaning that there was an effect of Baby Spa on weight gain in children aged 6-12 months. And the Wilcoxon test results show that the Asymp.sig value of motor development after baby spa is 0.000 (0.000<0.005), meaning that there is an influence of Baby Spa on motor development in children aged 6-12 months. Spa given to babies properly and correctly will have an effect on babies and mothers who have young children will be able to know the growth and development of children according to their age and detect it early.
