Penatalaksanaan Pterygium Dengan Teknik Bare Scleral Excision: Laporan Kasus

Pterygium merpakan pertumbuhan subepitel fibrovaskular berbentuk segitiga dari jaringan konjungtiva bulbar degeneratif, limbus ke kornea. Distribusi pterigium tersebar di seluruh dunia, tetapi lebih banyak di daerah iklim panas dan kering yang merupakan karakteristik dari daerah di sekitar khatulistiwa. Pterigium dapat mempunyai dampak penting pada indeks keteraturan permukaan kornea melalui induksi astigmatisme dan asimetri permukaan. Kami melaporkan kasus pterygium pada seorang wanita 45 tahun yang berprofesi sebagai petani. Pterygium di eksisi dengan teknik bare scleral excision atas indikasi iritasi dan kosmesis.Downloads
