Hipertensi dikategorikan sebagai penyakit kronis yang paling umum dan merupakan faktor risiko terjadinya penurunan kualitas hidup dan kematian dini bagi penderitanya di dunia, Penatalaksanaan hipertensi dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis Teknik pijat berdampak pada kelancaran sirkulasi aliran darah, menyeimbangkan aliran energi dalam tubuh dan mengendurkan ketegangan otot, manfaat pijat kaki lainnya yaitu dapat mengurangi rasa sakit pada tubuh, meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh, membantu mengatasi stres, meredakan gejala migrain, menurunkan tekanan darah tinggi, dan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap obat-obatan Tujuan : untuk mengetahui Terapi Pijat Kaki dalam Menurunkan Hipertensi. Metode : Studi Literature menggunakan database search engine yaitu Sciencedirect dan Google Schoolar, dengan publikasi artikel berkisar tahun 2017-2023. kata kunci termasuk: “Massage” OR “foot Massage” OR “Tuina” OR “reflexiology” AND “Hypertension” AND “Randomised Control” OR “Clinical Trial”. . Hasil : didapatkan 10 jurnal yang membahas efektivitas terapi pijay kaki dalam menurunkan tekanan darah penderita hipertensi. KesimpulanDownloads
