HUBUNGAN PELAYANAN KEBIDANAN ANTENATAL CARE TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI KLINIK PRATAMA AZ-ZAHRA TAHUN 2022

Antenatal care adalah pelayanan yang diberikan oleh tenaga kesehatan kepada ibu hamil. Berdasarkan pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Klinik Pratama Az-Zahra, diperoleh data kepuasan ibu hamil terhadap pelayanan antenatal care pada masa pandemi Sebagian besar sangat puas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan survei. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan argumen deduktif yang kemudian dibuat asumsi/hipotesis awal dan akhirnya diverifikasi di lapangan. Hasil Penelitian, analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil terkait tangibles sebanyak 40 responden (43,0%) menyatakan sangat setuju, ibu hamil terkait realibility sebanyak 42 responden (45,0%) menyatakan sangat setuju, ibu hamil terkait responsiveness sebanyak 45 responden (46,7%) menyatakan sangat setuju, ibu hamil terkait assurance sebanyak 40 responden (43,0%) menyatakan sangat setuju, ibu hamil terkait empati sebanyak 39 responden (37,0%) menyatakan sangat setuju. Analisis bivariat, hasil perhitungan chi-square menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan ibu mendapatkan informasi terkait pelayanan ANC pada masa pandemi, sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu selama pandemi COVID-19.Downloads
