Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kenyataan yang menunjukkan kinerja guru masih rendah. Peran Kepala Sekolah salah satunya adalah supervise akademik adalah faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kunduran  Kabupaten Blora berjumlah 301 guru dan sampel penelitian 172 guru. Analisis penelitian ini meliputi analisis uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis meliputi uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Supervisi Akademik terhadap kinerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan regresi sederhana. dengan kontribusi sebesar 5,3%.
