Di dunia yang sedang mengalami digitalisasi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas strategi bimbingan konseling dengan media podcast dimana media ini sebagai sarana yang kekinian dan inovatif untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengumpulkan data dari berbagai penelitian yang bersumber dari artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Dengan hasil media podcast efektif sebagai media untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar peserta didik.Downloads
